Welcome to SKYN CODE. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, and skincare products. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 1. General Use
By accessing this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements or are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

SKYN CODE reserves the right to refuse service, decline transactions, restrict quantities, or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, stock discrepancies, or pricing errors.

 2. Product Accuracy & Clinical Integrity
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient disclosures, usage recommendations, and visual representations are accurate and up to date.

Due to continuous formulation refinement, raw material batch variation, and packaging enhancements, minor differences in texture, colour, viscosity, or scent may occur without affecting product efficacy or safety.

All products are formulated for external cosmetic use only and should be used strictly in accordance with provided directions.

 3. Pricing, Billing & Order Acceptance
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Orders are deemed accepted only once payment has been successfully authorised and processed. SKYN CODE reserves the right to reject or cancel any order arising from pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability.

 4. Shipping, Fulfilment & Delivery
Estimated shipping timelines are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, and external factors beyond our control.

SKYN CODE shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure, customs processes, labour disruptions, or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

 5. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Protection
In the interest of consumer safety, product integrity, and hygienic best practice, all SKYN CODE skincare products are final sale and may not be returned once delivered.

Exceptions apply only where:
- the product is delivered damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect
- the item is materially unsafe or compromised
- a refund, replacement, or cancellation right is required under applicable South African consumer legislation

All claims relating to damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and proof of purchase.

6. Skin Compatibility & Professional Use Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient disclosures prior to purchase.

As individual skin physiology varies, SKYN CODE strongly recommends conducting a patch test before first use.
