Return & Refund Policy

At SKYN CODE, product safety, hygiene, and formulation integrity remain central to our standards.

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of professional skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or product swaps once an order has been delivered.

This policy protects the safety, quality, and uncontaminated condition of all products distributed to our customers.

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly assess claims for:
- products received damaged or leaking
- defective packaging or pump failure
- incorrect products shipped
- products that arrive compromised or unsafe for use

To qualify, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- order number
- clear photographs of the product
- photographs of the outer packaging
- a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, SKYN CODE may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law, provide:
- a replacement product
- store credit
- a refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Circumstances
We do not accept returns for:
- opened or used skincare products
- change of mind
- preference regarding texture, scent, or finish
- personal skin reactions where ingredients were clearly disclosed
- failure to patch test
- orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are defective, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality under South African consumer legislation.
